Join Our Upcoming 8th Edition of Leadership Circle! (Virtual)

The Leadership Circle is a platform to convene thought leaders, individuals in leadership roles, and those in managerial positions across the board to collectively discuss insights, frustrations and best practices in leadership. Open to individuals and young professionals in leadership positions who aim to learn, engage and contribute to the discussion constructively.

For our 8th Edition of Leadership Circle, we bring you "Leading & Managing Team" with Dr. Hjh Siti Haziah binti Pehin Orang Kaya Saiful Mulok Dato Seri Paduka Haji Abidin, Head of the Manpower Planning and Employment Council (MPEC) Secretariat, Prime Minister's Office.

Aim of session:
1) Understand the importance of self-awareness and how individual impact others.
2) Learn how to communicate effectively including the skills for difficult conversations.
3) Identify common traits of successful team leaders.
